The program takes participants on an exciting innovation journey. It all begins with the Application Phase, where applicants submit their innovative projects addressing the SporTech area, aiming to make a real difference in the world of sport. The process continues with the Selection Phase, in which expert panels carefully evaluate each submission, identifying the five most promising projects that will advance to the next stage.

For these selected participants, the program continues with the Immersion in the Vaud sport ecosystem. Finalists have time to prepare their venue before to embark on a 7-day on-site experience, collaborating closely with local stakeholders, defining and setting-up the test of their solutions in real-world sport environments, and refining their ideas based on hands-on feedback.

Finally, the journey culminates in the Project Implementation and Showcasing Phase, where a Testing Phase can be done for the most advanced projects. The improved solutions are presented to a board of experts and if possible at major sport events. Participants gain local and international visibility, unlock opportunities for partnerships and pilot projects, and take the next steps toward scaling up their innovations.
